Tuner was used in one vehicle by a professional adult. The screen and unit are in perfect condition. I installed this myself, in a Chevy Blazer, in about an hour. The longest part was deciding which way to run the wires. Very easy to install on your own. I will include a printed copy of the user's manual/installation guide from XMradio.com
